Cleared up a chronic abscess May 3, 2020 Reviewer: Gene Michal from San Anselmo, CA United States   My rabbit had a facial abscess, and after a CT scan and surgery, the abscess returned.  The prescribed oral antibiotics, enrofloxacin and metronidazole, and neosporin (topical) did little to nothing.  After 6 months of this I took him off these meds and started him on Bene-bac plus (oral probiotic formula) and "Go-dry" penicillin G (topical).  Immediate improvements were realized (wound size, pus amount, skin color), and the wound stopped generating pus and closed in about a month.   FYI I cleaned the abscess of pus and applied the "Go Dry" 2 to 3 times a day.  Great results, thanks for offering these products.  The only issue is that the applicator tip may break off after repeated openings and closings with the cap, so it's best to have clean, sterile glass dropper bottle handy.
