I emailed Shelley directly to see if a cage could be constructed and sent same day, as I had a deadline that suddenly popped up and needed another transport carrier. Shelley was quick to get back to me, and got my order ready and shipped out. I now have a beautifully constructed carrier, and it arrived 4 days earlier than I needed it.
She's also reached out within 24 hours in the past when I placed an order for an item that was out of stock due to a surge in orders for that particular item.
Thank you for always replying in a timely manner, and always being personable. I was buying carriers elsewhere, but I will likely buy all of my carriers solely from All Things Bunnies in the future. 10/10 recommend!
