I ordered this hoping to litter train our older bunny, sadly right after we set everything up for her in her new digs she passed away so we will be donating all these wonderful things we just purchased. But everything was as it was advertised and quick delivery. Wish she could have used them.

The shipping box was very dirty outside and inside. The contents were wrapped in plastic which was also very dirty- actually had to wash off the plastic litter box it was covered in dust. The product was decent....would have liked the openings on the grate to be just bit larger - a lot of pellets don't drop through
